Notice Anything Familiar?

4 months old

14 months old

Jackson is very small for his age, and we have been a little worried that he is not gaining enough weight (we think due to just a small appetite). I guess the bright side of that is that we don't have to buy too many new clothes for him! Here he is in the same outfit (which is size 3-6 months*) at 4 months old and at 14 months old!

*All of his clothes are not size 3-6 months, but he can wear a lot of shorts from last summer. He has actually grown out of some 6-12 month pants because they are too short. But everything is sized so differently, I've learned you can't go by that too much.

We got 3 winters out of Isabella's winter coat. It was a 6-12 month coat and she wore it at 31 months!

that's a definite bonus! i know what you mean about the sizing. marlee wears some things that are 3-6 months and others that are 12-18 (though the large size is mostly due to her fluffy cloth diaper butt :))

Shorts are the biggest thing that will last for years... because of the (no) length issue. Henry can fit into 18 month shorts... with his skinny little no-butt! (He can also wear 2-T, but they have to be elastic or adjustable!)
