3 Months
(Not the best 3-month picture, but you may have noticed her monthly pictures have all been taken in her car seat (see month 1 and month 2). I wanted to show how much she's grown each month in comparison to her car seat, but it's not always the best place to catch her in a good mood!)
And by the way, Happy Thanksgiving! We spent the morning eating breakfast together and going to the park. After naps*, we are going to enjoy a yummy Thanksgiving dinner...just the 4 of us!
*The kids' naps, that is. Unfortunately, no naps for us adults...too much to do!

AUBURN TIGERS!
Jackson picked up this cheer at the Auburn game last week. You can't really hear him in this video, but after he yells "Auburn," he is quietly saying "Tigers!" He says it quietly b/c that's how it sounded to him at the game when the fans on the other side of the stadium yelled "Tigers" after his side yelled "Auburn!"

All I Do Is Win!
Erik and Jackson went to the Auburn/Georgia football game yesterday after Jackson's soccer game. Jackson has been tailgating on game day before, but he had never been to an actual game. He had SO much fun watching the eagle fly, seeing the jets fly over the stadium, singing the "All I Do Is Win" song, watching Auburn win, and going to Toomer's Corner after the game! Everyone he saw gave him high fives and yelled "War Eagle!" He has been talking about it all morning and just wants to go outside now and play football!

Kate's Side of the Room
Jackson and Kate are sharing a room (or will be once she sleeps a little longer at night). She takes some naps in her crib but sleeps in a pack n' play in our room at night. We didn't have to do too much to Jackson's room to include our new addition, but we did try to add a few girly touches to her side. We rearranged the room a little when we bought Jackson's twin bed and put the crib back together, and everything fits perfectly! There's even still plenty of room for them to play! We removed the closet door and replaced it with a curtain because the closet door opened in and we could not access half of the closet. We definitely need all the closet space we can get now, and this works great! (It even adds a little girlyness, which is good.) We were going to paint the room a more neutral color, but once we put everything up, we decided the blue walls worked, even for a girl (at least for now and until she has her own room one day).
