More than a Pumpkin Patch...

This past weekend, we went to a pumpkin patch with Grandma, Aunt Jamie, Uncle Brian, Mckenzie, and Annika. But this place was much more than a pumpkin patch...there were so many fun things to do there! In fact, we barely even saw the pumpkins! They did have a corn maze though, and we let the 4-year-old (Jackson) lead us through it! He did a great job!

Apple Orchard

We visited an apple orchard a couple weeks ago, and it was so much fun! There was so much to do there, including watching pig races, sliding down a huge slide on a hill, eating yummy food, milking a cow, and of course picking apples.

We think so!

You Will Be Missed

Well, it looks like Jackson's afternoon naps may be over. For a long time now, it's been no big deal if he missed a nap because we were out doing something. Sometimes, he would fall asleep in the car on the way home, but if he didn't - no problem! If we were home during nap time though, he would nap for up to 3 hours (or longer if I would let him)...even just a few weeks ago. He seemed to really need the sleep. But in the past two weeks, he has not taken one nap, despite being in his bed during nap time on most days.

Naps, thank you for the last 4 1/2 years. You will be missed.
